Abran paso que llega la película más ganadora de los últimos tiempos. Luego de arrasar en la temporada de premios, el film "Nomadland", fue elegida como la gran ganadora de la noche de los Oscar 2021: se consagró como "Mejor película", y su directora: Cloé Zhao se consagró como “Mejor Directora” - siendo la segunda mujer en la historia de los premios en ganar la estatuilla-.
La película sigue a Fern, quien conserva una vida dentro de su camioneta; allí formó su hogar luego de la crisis que la desalojó de la vivienda, vivienda que era el mundo para ella. Tras conocer a una compañera en la empresa en la que trabajan, Fern emprenderá un viaje hacia el Oeste, metáfora del camino que continúa.
